Dear Valued Customer:
Hoffman’s is offering pellet stove owners an early
pellet buy for the 2010/11 heating season. We have contacted several pellet manufacturers to
find the best premium pellets at the best possible prices. We compared
BTU’s and ash content to
determine the hottest, cleanest burning pellets.
This is
how our 2010/11 pellet program works:

2. First
installment -1/3 $$$ of total order with the initial order.
3. Second
installment – 1/3 $$$ of total order by
July 1, 2010,
Mark your calendar. We will not send reminders this year! If
payment does not reach us by
July 1, 2010,
your pellets will be held for you; however, there will be a late fee
charged on the invoice and will be due prior to picking up your pellet order.
4. Third
and final installment of 1/3 $$$ of total order plus late fees must be
made by October 1, 2010, Again, we will not be sending reminders of payments due,
so mark your calendar for final payment due October, 1, 2010.
Payment is due whether or not pellets are picked up/delivered at that time. We
will continue to store your pellets for your convenience.
All pellets must be picked up/delivered by
March 31, 2011.
Pellets
not picked up/delivered by 3/31/2011 will become property of Hoffman’s Outdoor.
